Aqua Globs iPhone game

Another entry in our growing look at the apps cropping up on modern smartphones/devices looks at another game for the iPhone; Aqua Globs.

Much in the same way as other games rely on you using your finger to define a route (as our two favourite apps; Flight Control and Harbour Master do), the object of Aqua Globs is to join up little water-borne "globs" with similarly coloured ones with the same number of fins.

If you have two Orange globs on your screen, and they both have a single fin on their back, then you can guide them together to make an Orange glob with 2 fins, which can then be combined with another two-er to make a three-er.

It's a very simple mechanism, but with the counter, it does provide an engaging a experience with rewarding gameplay (as well as increased replayability).

59p is a reasonable price for the game (a £1.19 price point would be a tad too high by our reckoning), and if you're looking to add a simple game to your app list, it's worth a look.
