Facebook redesigns to make itself feel more like email

Facebook has just undergone yet another homepage design overhaul last night, making it feel more and more like a social email client than the Facebook of old.

The new design puts more focus on searching, and utilising different feeds, pushing these powerful (yet in my personal experience, underused) features to the forefront of everyone's mind.

It does away with the taskbar at the bottom of the site (the useful one where you could bookmark applications), and simply leaves you with a small chat box, possibly angering developers for their platform even further.

The best we can recommend is that if you have a Facebook account, go and check it out. It's certainly a bit different, and lots of people will complain, however, everyone will get used to it in time just like the other redesigns that have gone before it.
