Feedly start page Firefox plugin

We're normally pretty hot on web technology, but Feedly pretty much slipped through our radar, so after a tip from @joedawson on Twitter, we went to investigate the service.

Regular readers will know that we at RandomlyAccessed use Internet Explorer for the majority of the time, but Feedly is making the case for Firefox nearly insurmountable.

It enables you to weave your Google Reader and Twitter streams into one magazine-style start page, which means you can get a good taste for the stories on the web from the get-go.

Similar in some ways to iGoogle, it should save you time on those quick morning web sessions to pick up on the night's news.

When you click on a category, not only do you see stories from the RSS feeds of those sites you're subscribed to, but also tweets in relation to that category.

It's a superbly laid out service, and if you need to get Firefox to try it; do so. Oh, and remember to subscribe to our feed for your Feedly page.
