Another big weight in the web world is making the move into the Twitterverse, as Flickr has just launched their new service that allows you to post pictures to the micro-blogging platform.

You can upload an image to the site by emailing to your own unique 2Twitter address, or by clicking Blog This on any other image on the site to get an http://flic.kr URL tweeted back.

Now all there is to do, and wait to see if it can take marketshare from the widely used (and our favourite Twitter image client) TwitPic.
