Fling for the iPhone

Another app that we've been having a play with is Fling, which is made by the same development team that brought you Fuzzle for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

The premise is simple, but like many apps is quite hard to convey, fling your furballs into each other to knock them off the screen. You can only knock others off the screen (meaning you can't just fling the one your finger is on off the side) with a single furball, and you cannot hit one directly next to you.

This means that it is a tactical puzzle game, if you make a wrong fling, you might have scuppered your chances of getting rid of other furballs on the board.

It's a game you'll keep coming back to, as it does have that tactical twist. If you're looking for a 59p app with decent replayability, then Fling makes a very good case for itself.

Search for "Fling" in the App Store.
