Google dropping IE6 support

The death of IE6 might be taking its sweet time, but it could be getting the hurry-up as Google has stated that they're going to officially drop support for the outdated browser in March.

Users who are still rocking Microsoft's antiquated browser are now getting the hurry up from the majority of major web brands, including Facebook and now Google. Large enterprise systems, as well as the emergence of netbooks, have been widely credited with the slow demise of one of the most hated pieces of software since the advent of computers.

If you wish to use Google Docs after March 1st, without weird and strange layout/functionality issues, you are urged to upgrade to the latest version of IE, or switch to Firefox, Safari or perhaps even that Google one.
