TalkTalk has confirmed that they have completed on their £236m cash buyout of Tiscali UK, one of the major UK broadband and telephony providers.
How this will affect customers (if at all) is unclear.

This is a pretty major deal for those people involved with either company as TalkTalk caters to the lower-end of the broadband spectrum whilst Tiscali tends to play to the middle ground.
